Return Policy

• Easy returns within 30 days from invoice date.
• Record a video while unboxing if the package appears tampered.
• If marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours.

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 10 days of the request.

Important Notes:

• Returns are only applicable for items purchased from the Glanza website.
• Customized products are non-returnable/non-refundable (e.g., matte finishes, special holes, PVD coatings).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days post product return.
• Only unused items are eligible.
• For COD orders, refunds are credited to the customer's bank account.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement via your Glanza account.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• However, you may return the item after delivery.
