Warranty Policy

General Terms

Glanza Bathfittings offers a seamless warranty experience for its kitchen and bathroom fittings. This warranty:

  • Is applicable only to the original purchaser for personal household use at the original installation location.
  • Is non-transferable and does not cover subsequent owners or alternate locations.

Warranty Activation & Claim Process

  • Warranty begins from the invoice date.
  • Claims can be made via valid proof of purchase (invoice), registered mobile number, or order ID.

Claim Steps (Email / WhatsApp Submission)

  1. Invoice or Proof of Purchase
  2. Order ID
  3. Registered Mobile Number
  4. Clear images and a video showing the issue

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with a resolution.

Replacement Terms

  • Only defective parts/products are eligible for replacement. No refunds will be issued if the customer refuses the replacement.
  • If the product model is discontinued, a product of equivalent value will be offered.
  • Replacement will be shipped via courier and defective items will be collected similarly.
  • Onsite service is not available; however, technical support is provided via voice or video call.
  • Glanza Bathfittings will bear shipping damages to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

  1. Improper use or negligence, including faulty installation, hard water damage, or accidental damage.
  2. Unauthorized modifications or repairs using non-genuine parts.
  3. Improper cleaning using harsh chemicals or abrasive tools.
  4. Environmental factors such as natural disasters, pest infestation, or RO reject water exposure.
  5. Normal wear and tear including corrosion or rust.
  6. Incorrect installation or failure to follow plumbing or water pressure requirements.
  7. Poor maintenance leading to clogging or malfunction.
  8. Excluded components such as washers, rubbers, springs, or plastic parts.
  9. Missing proof of purchase or products bought from unauthorized dealers.
  10. Labor costs related to installation, removal, or servicing.
  11. Consequential or incidental losses including property damage or delays.
  12. Warranty claims after the warranty period has expired.

Limitation of Liability

  • Glanza Bathfittings is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Labor costs for removal or reinstallation are not covered.
  • Liability is strictly limited to replacement of defective parts within the warranty period.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • Disputes will first attempt mediation.
  • Legal jurisdiction lies exclusively in Delhi, India.
