Return Policy

- Please record a video while unboxing if the package appears tampered.
- If the order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours.
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 10 days of the request.

- Returns are only applicable for items purchased from the Glanza website.
- Customized products are non-returnable/non-refundable (e.g., matte finishes, special holes, PVD coatings).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product return.
- Only unused items are eligible for refund.
- For COD orders, refunds are credited to the customer’s bank account.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement via your Glanza account.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- You may still return the item after delivery, if needed.
