Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

• Easy returns within 30 days from the invoice date.
• Please record a video while unboxing if the package appears tampered.
• If the order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours.

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 10 days of the request.

Important Notes:

• Returns are only applicable for items purchased from the Glanza website.
• Customized products are non-returnable/non-refundable (e.g., matte finishes, special holes, PVD coatings).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product return.
• Only unused items are eligible for refund.
• For COD orders, refunds are credited to the customer’s bank account.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement via your Glanza account.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
• You may still return the item after delivery, if needed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Glanza Bathfittings ships across all of India.
• Multiple payment options available, including Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Expected delivery time is shown at checkout but may vary due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping delays caused by logistics partners are not Glanza’s liability, but we will assist in tracking your order.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
